With dinner: this is an Earl Grey blackberry tartlet. It’s kinda hard to see scale, but that’s a standard size blackberry on top. It was adorable. I felt a little guilty eating it knowing that I had friends who could actually appreciate what Earl Grey tasted like. But I ate it anyway. :-)

I just “declawed” this CueCat I purchased from LibraryThing. By default it outputs an encrypted string of characters. Using this procedure, I removed a single pin from a chip and now it outputs unencrypted data (ISBNs, for example) from barcodes. Yay!

I plan on using it to set up a more robust checkout system for GLBTF’s books.

Went to see UP tonight. So sad. Cried a lot. Highly recommend...
